By purchasing or submitting an advertisement, the buyer agrees to these terms and the linked policies.
Service
AdWall sells time-limited digital advertising placements. The selected duration begins when payment is confirmed and publication succeeds. Availability is first-paid, first-served.
Advertiser responsibilities
The advertiser confirms that submitted text, images, trademarks and destination pages are lawful, accurate and authorized. Advertisements must follow the Advertiser Policy.
Review and removal
Automatic publication does not waive review rights. AdWall may reject, pause or remove prohibited, misleading, harmful, infringing or technically unsafe content. Refund eligibility is described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Links and performance
AdWall does not promise a particular number of views, clicks, leads, sales, search ranking or indexing result. Timers, counters and availability may be temporarily affected by maintenance or outages.
Payments and taxes
Prices and add-ons are displayed before payment. Buyers are responsible for applicable taxes unless checkout states otherwise. Payment disputes should first be reported to support.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, liability arising from a campaign is limited to the amount paid for that campaign. Nothing excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and governing terms
These terms may be updated prospectively. Before launch, verify support@adwall.lol and add the operating entity, governing law, venue and any jurisdiction-specific consumer terms.
