Digital Service Delivery Policy
AdWall provides a digital advertising service. No physical goods are shipped.
Delivery method
After successful payment and validation, the submitted creative is published in the selected box. The on-page timer confirms delivery and the remaining booking period.
Delivery timing
Standard delivery is intended to be immediate. Payment verification, security review, invalid creative files or technical incidents may delay publication.
Booking confirmation
A production implementation should provide an on-screen confirmation and email receipt containing the placement, duration, amount, transaction reference and support contact.
Failure to deliver
If payment succeeds but publication fails, contact support with the payment reference. Resolution and refund options are described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Availability
A placement is reserved only after successful payment. If simultaneous buyers select the same box, the first confirmed transaction receives it and later payments must be reversed or offered an alternative.
